Welcome to Ancient and Medieval History! This course is an exciting journey through the early civilizations that shaped our world. Students will explore ancient societies' rich and diverse histories, from Mesopotamia and Egypt to Greece and Rome and beyond. Continue the journey through the Middle Ages, covering the period from the fall of the Roman Empire to the dawn of the Renaissance. The course is designed to help students understand the key events, cultures, and figures that shaped medieval society. Students will explore the complexities and achievements of this transformative era in world history through a blend of lectures, interactive activities, primary source analyses, and project-based learning.

Please bring a 1-inch three-ring binder that will be kept at the center for parents to obtain work samples when needed.
