Camps
Hands busy. Minds engaged. Screens off.
We offer engaging camps for children ages 5–12, along with specialized programs for tweens and teens. Each day includes a mix of hands-on science, creative projects, and active outdoor experiences—designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support creative thinking.
Our summer camps take kids beyond the classroom, with daily outdoor adventures that may include park time, nature exploration, group games, and water play. Back at the center, students dive into engaging projects and activities that keep energy high and creativity flowing.
For older students, we offer focused, small-group camps for ages 10–13 and 11–15, exploring topics like forensic science and creative design, and providing age-appropriate challenges in a fun and supportive environment.
Whether your child joins us for a day or a full session, they’ll leave feeling energized, connected, and full of stories about what they discovered and created.
Homeschool
Structured, supportive, and confidence-building courses that foster independence and achievement.
2026-27 SCHEDULE OF CLASSES IS COMING SOON!
Our classes combine academic rigor with project-based learning to develop critical thinking, creativity, and practical skills. Designed for elementary through high school homeschoolers, our programs offer a flexible yet structured environment with supportive guidance every step of the way. High school students may earn A–G credit for our approved math and science courses.
Birthday Parties
Celebrate Your Child's Birthday at SCLC!
Host an unforgettable birthday party at our learning center, complete with a cozy indoor space and a shaded outdoor patio. Choose from exciting themes like reptile encounters, slime making, explosive science experiments, tie-dye, jewelry design, and mini garden workshops. We offer both basic and full-service packages for a fun, hands-on, and hassle-free celebration your child will never forget!
Tutoring
Experience comprehensive tutoring in person at our learning center or remotely via Zoom. Our skilled tutors cover K-12 subjects, including all levels of math, science, English, history, Spanish, and American Sign Language, while also supporting study skills, organization, reading, writing, and more.
Test Proctoring
Our test proctoring services provide a secure and supportive environment for students to complete their exams. We handle proctoring forms, provide a quiet space for testing, and ensure prompt return of completed tests to the school.
Steam Studio
STEAM Studio is where imagination meets investigation.
Students might observe cells under a microscope, wire a simple circuit, investigate how light and magnets work, or use fiber arts to represent scientific ideas in inventive ways. With topics ranging from biology and physics to chemistry and beyond, STEAM Studio inspires young makers and thinkers from kindergarten through high school to stay curious, build confidence, and learn by doing.
Students can sign up for a single session or join one of our multi-week homeschool lab courses. We also offer mobile labs that bring the excitement of STEAM learning to homes, community spaces, and small-group gatherings.
